How Executive Partners uses recruitment data

Executive Partners combines completed search records, live mandate activity, anonymised compensation observations, candidate business plans, recruiter judgement and published third-party sources. We distinguish observed facts from model assumptions and do not publish identifiable candidate or bank data.

Definitions

What our terms mean

Placement
A candidate commenced employment with the hiring institution following an Executive Partners introduction or search.
Retention
A candidate confirmed as remaining with the hiring institution 12 months after the recorded start date.
Active mandate
A current open search represented in the live MANDATES dataset. Filled, cancelled and paused searches are excluded.
Observed compensation
Compensation information encountered through an identifiable mandate, negotiation or candidate process. It is published only in aggregate and without identifiable candidate or bank data.
Portable AUM
Client assets estimated or subsequently observed to transfer to the new institution during a defined measurement period following a banker move.
Portability Score
An indicative decision-support model combining user inputs, professional judgement and internal assumptions. It is not a probability, guarantee, legal opinion or prediction.
Business Plan Simulator
Scenario analysis based on user inputs plus explicitly disclosed assumptions. It is not a bank hiring decision, financial forecast or commitment.

Operating proof

How to read our headline metrics

200+

Completed placements

200+ senior private-banking and wealth-management placements completed by Executive Partners since our launch. A placement is counted when the candidate commenced employment following an Executive Partners introduction or search.

90%+

12-month retention

More than 90% of Executive Partners placements remain with the hiring institution after 12 months. Retention is confirmed against the recorded start date.

17 days

Average mandate-to-offer

Average mandate-to-offer is an Executive Partners internal search-process metric. It is not presented as statistically representative of every search; role complexity and client process structure vary.

Evidence

How we classify a claim

01

Verified Executive Partners fact

A fact held in Executive Partners' operational records, such as a completed placement or a current mandate. The record is not published where doing so would identify a candidate, client or bank.

02

Executive Partners market observation

A qualitative pattern encountered through searches, candidate processes or hiring conversations. It provides recruiter context but is not presented as a universal statistical conclusion.

03

Model assumption / indicative estimate

An input, threshold or range used for scenario analysis. It helps structure a decision but is not a measured probability, guarantee or forecast.

04

Externally published benchmark

A figure attributed to a named third-party publication. Country-level evidence is not represented as city-level evidence unless the source itself supports that geography.

Compensation

How to read salary ranges

Base salary and bonus are separated wherever the evidence permits. External benchmarks are identified as external sources; Executive Partners observations are anonymised. Ranges are directional rather than universal, and the depth of evidence can differ by city and role. Where evidence is insufficient, we do not substitute false precision.

Limitations

Confidential and indicative

Individual outcomes depend on platform, role, client decisions, contractual restrictions, onboarding, compliance and market conditions. Anonymised observations and model outputs should inform professional judgement, not replace legal, financial or institution-specific advice.

Use the framework in context

Review the model disclosures before interpreting a compensation range, portability result or business-plan scenario.
