Senior Relationship Manager

A well-established Geneva-based institution with a genuine local franchise, strong credit capability and a recognised presence in the cross-border market is looking to add a dedicated senior banker for French-domiciled clientele.

This is not a build-from-scratch mandate. The platform exists, the infrastructure is in place, and the institution is known and respected in its market. What they need is a relationship manager who personally owns French-domiciled HNW and UHNW relationships — clients who bank with a banker, not with an institution — and who has the entrepreneurial drive to develop new ones.

The cross-border market between France and Geneva is a segment where trust, local network and long-term commitment make the difference. The right candidate knows this from experience. They have a track record of new client acquisition, a network of professional introducers (notaires, experts-comptables, family offices, entrepreneurs), and the discipline to manage a complex book within a rigorous FINMA and CDB20 framework.

Candidates with a current non-compete clause will receive structured transition support, including partial coverage of the garden leave period.
