The Opportunity
A private bank in Monaco is looking to add a Senior Compliance Officer to cover a broad regulatory perimeter, reporting to the Head of Compliance.
The mandate spans cross-border activities, investor protection, international tax compliance under FATCA and CRS, suitability and appropriateness, and market abuse prevention including insider list management and transaction surveillance. The role advises business and support functions directly on regulatory compliance matters and contributes to second line of defence controls.
The successful candidate brings a well-rounded regulatory background from a Monaco based or European private bank, is comfortable working closely with commercial teams, and can translate evolving regulatory requirements into practical guidance for the business.
