Overview
- Lead acquisition and relationship management for US onshore clients (entrepreneurs, executives, family offices).
- Provide end-to-end wealth solutions including advisory/DPM, tailored lending (Lombard/RE) and private markets.
- Leverage a Miami hub with national reach and strong product platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Bring a portable US network; deliver consistent NNM from targeted segments.
- Calibrate proposals with investment/advisory and credit specialists.
- Maintain a robust pipeline and deliver superior client experience.
Qualifications
- 7–10+ years advising US HNW/UHNW clients; strong revenue and NNM record.
- Deep knowledge of investment solutions, lending and planning coordination.
- Excellent communication; ability to win and retain sophisticated clients.
Regulatory & Compliance
- Operate under US regulatory requirements and firm policies.
- Impeccable KYC/AML and suitability standards; audit-ready documentation.
