Senior Relationship Manager — Nordics

Overview

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of Nordic entrepreneurs and families booking in Switzerland.
  • Deliver advisory/DPM, Lombard and structured solutions with strong FX and alternatives access.
  • Partner with Nordic introducers and Swiss product specialists to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bring a portable Nordic network and originate consistent NNM.
  • Increase mandate penetration and share of wallet with existing clients.
  • Build referral channels with lawyers, tax advisers and family offices.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years covering Nordics private clients; proven AUM/NNM track record.
  • Cultural fluency and credibility with Nordic clients and intermediaries.
  • Solid knowledge of multi-asset advisory/DPM, credit and cross-border rules.

Regulatory & Compliance

  • Operate under Swiss cross-border policy and Nordic regulatory sensitivities.
  • Exemplary KYC/AML; clear SoW/SoF narrative and suitability documentation.
