Senior Relationship Manager — LATAM (Miami)

Overview

  • Build and grow relationships with LATAM clients (Mexico, Andean, Southern Cone, Brazil diaspora) booking US/CH.
  • Deliver multi-asset advisory/DPM, structured products, Lombard and real-estate lending, plus FX solutions.
  • Leverage Miami’s regional connectivity and a global booking platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bring a portable LATAM network and originate NNM via diaspora, introducers and events.
  • Coordinate proposals with product desks, lending and wealth planners.
  • Maintain high-tempo pipeline discipline and conversion reporting.

Qualifications

  • 7–10+ years with LATAM private clients; proven AUM/NNM growth.
  • Strong cross-border understanding (US/LATAM) and product fluency.
  • Native/near-native Spanish; English fluent; Portuguese a plus.

Regulatory & Compliance

  • Operate within US regulations and cross-border frameworks.
  • Exemplary KYC/AML, SoW/SoF and suitability; meticulous files.
